Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive and efficient customer experience in-store. You will greet customers, keep merchandise stocked and organized, and assist with price changes and daily store maintenance.

You will also support the cash register as needed and promote Fleet Farm rewards and loyalty programs. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, dependability, and attention to detail, with responsibilities across merchandising, stocking, and front-facing

Qualifications

• Friendly, self-motivated and dependable attitude preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all Customers and provide Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness and readiness standards.
• Assist with price changes including regular, clearance, and sales prices.
• Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting, facing shelves, sweeping and cleaning.
• Train on cash register functionality and assist at the register as needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets, display maintenance, housekeeping, and freight coordination.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program to customers.
• Positively promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives.
