Role requires friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; lifting up to 50 lbs and cash register support is expected.

Qualifications

• Friendly, self-motivated, dependable and detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers with Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain clean sales floor, shelves, displays and kick plates.
• Assist with in-store price changes, including regular and sale prices.
• Perform nightly recovery: front shelves, sweeping and cleaning, stock filling.
• Train in cash register functionality and assist with register operations.
• Assist in merchandise resets and visual display maintenance.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
