Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Plumbing.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met. The role supports learning and growth with a benefits package including health insurance, tuition assistance, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and a 10% associate discount.

Qualificações

• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
