Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at The Fashion Mall at Keystone in Indianapolis to supervise the team, model customer-centric service, and uphold brand standards. You will guide daily operations, coach associates, and ensure an engaging shopping experience that reflects Soma's hospitality culture.

The role requires at least 18 years old, with 2 years of retail management experience preferred. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
