Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Omaha, NE to partner with store leaders and supervise the team, delivering hospitality-driven, personalized experiences that reflect our brand. You will coach staff, manage operations, and support leadership in driving goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail management, strong communication, and a passion for empowering customers. This on-site role offers development opportunities within Soma’s family of brands.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
