• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor awareness to create a safe shopping environment.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect; stay friendly and professional.
• Assist Customers with merchandise; greet at checkout and answer questions.
• Provide prompt responses to Customer service calls; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks and replenish restrooms to keep areas tidy.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow the dress code.
• Complete daily sizing and recovery to keep the store neat.
• Expedite new merchandise to the floor per monthly guidelines.
