Responsibilities include helping customers at the register, addressing inquiries, and supporting loss prevention and safety practices to protect customers and assets.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience; greet customers with eye contact and a friendly welcome.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment; monitor for hazards and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Assist customers at the register, answer questions, and help with merchandise and questions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to company standards.
• Support loss prevention programs and follow MOS policies.
