Job summary

Ross Dress For Less is looking for a Retail Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience for Customers. You will greet Customers, assist with merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while following company procedures and standards.

In this role you will help with stocking, merchandising, and basic transactions at the register, contributing to a friendly, fast-paced team-driven atmosphere at our store location in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities
