Job summary

Ross Dress for Less is seeking a Retail Associate to create a positive shopping experience for Customers. You will greet shoppers, help with merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and organization across the store.

In this role, you will follow company standards, assist with daily tasks, and support store leadership to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with merchandise in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store area and follow best practices for merchandise presentation.
• Assist with daily store operations and tasks as directed by Store Leadership.
• Adhere to loss prevention, safety, and cash handling procedures.
