Job summary

You will also support store operations, including safety practices, cleaning, and compliance with company standards. The role demands attentiveness on the sales floor, the ability to handle basic math for transactions, and a professional appearance in line with the dress code.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by greeting customers and maintaining eye contact.
• Maintain safe and secure sales floor with clear egress and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist customers with merchandise and questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Handle cashier transactions accurately and respond promptly to customer service calls.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain restrooms and high-touch areas.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
