Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers have a positive shopping experience with eye contact, smiles and courteous greetings.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and reports unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Assists customers at the register, answers questions, and helps with merchandise.
• Represents and supports the Ross brand at all times.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandise presentation according to standards.
• Follows MOS policies and handles cash, checks, and refunds with accuracy.
