Job summary

Bring at least 1 year of lending experience, NMLS license, and strong communication skills to help clients choose suitable products while meeting regulatory standards and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Loan Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Loan Officer license (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications and determine creditworthiness from financial documents.
• Provide expert guidance on loan products, terms, and eligibility requirements.
• Process loan applications, obtain documentation, verify data, and complete forms.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and team members to ensure smooth approvals.
• Monitor loan progress and assist clients with questions or issues that arise.
• Aim to achieve sales goals by promoting and closing loan products.
