Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and resolving short picks with leadership.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns.
• Perform duties with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
