Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Operates self-checkout registers and service counter with the duties which correspond.
• Processes refunds, coupons, WIC checks, rain checks, and cashier transactions; assists customers with their orders at self-checkout lanes.
• Stocks, faces, rotates merchandise, cleans shelves and maintains shelf tags and store appearance.
• Keeps register area clean and ensures adequate supplies are available.
