Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a reliability-driven Delivery Driver to support customer orders and on-site service. You will handle cash, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with online orders, providing empathetic patient service, and collaborating with leadership to resolve issues efficiently. A clean driving record and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, in a 2-hour timeframe.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record to fulfill the delivery driver role.
