Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently at the check lane.
• Understand POS system and handle tenders (Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons) per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and loss prevention guidelines.
• Follow guidelines for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs) and participate in safety programs.
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with ads and promotions.
