The Brobston Group is seeking a friendly Cashier to create a welcoming, customer-first checkout experience at our Clinton, CT location. You will process transactions accurately, answer questions, share product knowledge, and support store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling sales and returns, maintaining transaction records in the POS system, keeping the cash wrap tidy, and collaborating with the team to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and share product knowledge.
• Process sales, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate transaction records in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and support store visual standards.
