Englefield, Inc. is hiring a Cashier - Duchess Team Member for 2nd and 3rd shifts on a FT/PT basis. You will engage customers, handle transactions on modern POS systems, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to safety rules for tobacco, alcohol, and other products. Retail or food service experience is a plus, and technology helps everyday tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers and improve efficiency.
