Formación

• Customer service experience
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)

Responsabilidades

• Greeting, engaging and assisting customers
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Understand POS system and handle various tender types (Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, Offline SNAP EBT, WIC, Rain checks, loyalty offers, coupons)
• Adhere to cash handling guidelines and loss prevention policies
• Adhere to guidelines on restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs)
• Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator
• Follow policies for stamps, gift cards, and coupons
• Stay current with ads and promotions
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
• Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions and notify management
• Inspect equipment and report repairs
• Assist customers with product questions to enhance their shopping experience
• Follow all laws and company guidelines
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments
• Manage conflicts calmly and professionally
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues
• Provide assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
