Fleet Farm is hiring for a cashier role in Minnesota focused on delivering friendly and efficient checkout experiences. You will operate the cash register, handle various payment methods, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining brand standards on the sales floor.

The position requires flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and basic math skills are preferred to ensure accurate transactions and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience, operating the cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases.
• Greet customers with a smile and maintain a pleasant interaction throughout the transaction.
• Be outgoing and engaging, enjoy working with people.
• Process and handle monetary transactions including cash, check, gift card, credit/debit card, etc.
• Promote Extended Protection Policy for qualifying items as appropriate.
• Maintain Fleet Farm brand standards at the front end and sales floor.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
