Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and customer complaints effectively.
• Assist with transactions, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot cash register issues.
• Greet customers with a smile and create a pleasant interaction at checkout.
• Process monetary transactions including cash, credit/debit, checks, and gift cards.
• Promote and explain Fleet Farm loyalty programs and promotions.
• Communicate with managers and team members about out-of-stock items.
