Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentive service.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the store clean, organized, and well-stocked according to operating standards.
• Demonstrates ownership, teamwork, and a learner's mindset to improve the shift.
