Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Team Member in Stone Mountain, GA to deliver day-making experiences by providing outstanding guest service and hand-crafting beverages to Caribou standards. You will help heat, prepare, and serve food offerings, take orders, manage cash, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests.
• Practices active listening and connection to anticipate guest needs.
• Makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard procedures.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer in accordance with cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
