Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections with active listening and personal attention.
• Prepares hand-crafted beverages and food to standard recipes, tailoring to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Takes orders and handles cash with accuracy, following safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, stocked, and organized to Caribou's standards.
