Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOP.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings per SOP.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer; follows cash handling policies.
• Keeps store clean and organized according to standards.
• Flows between barista and guest service; supports team as needed.
• Takes direction from leaders and prioritizes guest needs.
