Job summary

You will help carry out the Caribou Purpose and Values in every interaction, while supporting a well-run store with a friendly, collaborative team. Responsibilities include crafting drinks, preparing food, handling orders and cash, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Required: Availability for early mornings, evenings, and some holidays/weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and develop relationships with guests.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standards.
• Heat, prepare, and serve food offerings per procedures.
• Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and equipment.
• Support team by fulfilling multiple roles as needed.
