Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, new accounts, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on banking transactions and digital tools (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve financial goals with product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
