Job summary

INTRUST Bank is seeking a Frontline Banker to deliver exceptional customer service and guidance on bank products. You will process teller transactions accurately, handle account openings, and identify opportunities to meet customers’ financial needs with a consultative approach.

You’ll work in Wichita, KS, as part of a collaborative team, maintaining strict confidentiality and upheld INTRUST’s character qualities. Prior customer service or sales exposure is preferred; 1–2 years is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative and customer service skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate teller transactions.
• Proactively identify customers’ financial needs and recommend bank products.
• Open and service customer accounts and communicate effectively.
• Identify lending needs and assist with loan applications and documentation.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to meet financial needs while following policies.
