Qualifications

• 1+ years prior Service Advising experience in a dealership or Service Center required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task is key.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns; record needs.
• Prepare detailed repair orders with labor and parts estimates.
• Communicate inspection results and recommend actions.
• Provide updates on repair progress and costs; obtain authorization for additional work.
• Schedule service appointments for a seamless process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
