Lou Fusz Automotive Network in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the bridge between customers and our Service Department. You will greet clients, document concerns, and communicate maintenance recommendations clearly to ensure satisfaction.

This is a union position that emphasizes relationship-building, accuracy, and timely updates, with training and advancement opportunities within a family-owned, community-focused network.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership service experience preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to understand and explain vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Document vehicle symptoms and services, and write repair orders.
• Provide accurate estimates of parts, labor, and completion times.
• Explain repairs and maintenance to customers in clear terms.
• Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure efficient repairs.
