Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with cash register functions and store security policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, rotating, and display per planograms.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, control damages, and handle paperwork.
• Ensure cashier accountability and proper cash handling and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the absence of the Store Manager.
