Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees personnel in Meter Reading, Field Services and Investigations.
• Plans meter reading routes and schedules to ensure productivity.
• Resolves customer escalations including billing and fraud issues.
• Manages personnel matters: performance appraisals, discipline, staffing.
• Manages Section budget and prepares management reports.
• Participates in emergency response activities.
