Jewelers Mutual is seeking Customer Care Representatives to respond to inquiries from policyholders, jewelers, and colleagues across multiple channels. You will use jewelry insurance knowledge gained through education or experience to promote our personal jewelry insurance products and deliver exceptional service.
Anticipated start date is November 9, 2026. Post-training hours will include Monday 9:30-7, Tuesday–Thursday 10:30-7 and Friday 10:30-6.
Summary:
Customer Care Representatives respond to inquiries from policyholders, prospects, and coworkers through multiple channels of communication. Uses general insurance and jewelry knowledge gained through education and/or experience to promote personal jewelry insurance to potential policyholders and jewelers. The position involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
