Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and needs; refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing of vault, ATM, and devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Protect the bank by following compliance, risk, and operational procedures.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks with professionalism and respect.
• Work evening hours and weekends as scheduled or necessary.
