As a Potbelly Associate you’ll help customers, prepare sandwiches and salads, handle orders, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen; knife skills a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, and other items.
• Handle cash register and take delivery/catering orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
