Spectral Labs is building foundation models for engineering physical systems, seeking a forward deployed engineer to bring models into customers’ teams in SF. You’ll scope deployments, integrate with CAD/PLM, and fine-tune with customer data.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years shipping software, strong Python, and the ability to differentiate customer asks from needs; CAD experience is a bonus. Fully in-person role with travel and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years as a software engineer with shipped work.
• Strong Python skills and ability to distinguish customer requests from needs.
• CAD experience or background a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Scope deployments and integrate models with CAD/PLM environments.
• Fine-tune and evaluate on customer data.
• Bring learnings back to research and product teams.
• Travel to customer sites for in-person deployments.
