Job summary

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into actionable improvements, own integrations with common engineering tools, and contribute to onboarding and training sessions. This role reports to the Lead and requires travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and REST APIs.
• Understanding of data analysis and visualization.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts.
• Passion for aerospace, autonomous systems, or engineering applications.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, engineering, math, physics, or STEM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their challenges and adapt Sift’s platform to meet their specific needs.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations using Sift APIs to solve customer problems.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain integrations with common engineering tools to enhance customer workflows.
• Prepare materials and assist in technical onboarding and training sessions for customer teams.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, acting as a technical partner and advocate.
