Growth-stage defense technology company is hiring software engineers for its Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will build new capabilities in the field with customers, end to end, solving urgent problems where software makes a real difference.

In a typical week you might visit sites, collaborate with product and design teams, ship customer-facing prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback. Travel up to 50% is required, with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/SE or related field.
• 1+ years of frontend or backend development (SQL, Java, or TS/React).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Visit customer sites to diagnose pain points and gather requirements.
• End-to-end development of new features and capabilities with customers.
• Iterate quickly to deliver customer value and prototypes.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code.
