Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a founding Solutions & Implementation Engineer to help customers implement, adopt, and maximize our cutting-edge automotive AI solutions.

You’ll own deployments at dealerships, configure the product to each shop's workflows, train staff, and serve as the credible on-site leader as our AI processes begin automating operations. You will specialize in a product being rolled out to dealerships, becoming a subject matter expert in automotive retail processes, BizzyCar,

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration and configuration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
• Experience diagnosing issues by reviewing logs and validating end-to-end data flows.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
• Capability to run an implementation project from kickoff to go-live and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to verify data across systems, including records, statuses, or availability sync.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare.
• Translate dealer workflows and tech stack into product configuration with engineering collaboration.
• Validate data flow across systems before go-live (customer data, recalls, RO status).
• Train dealership staff for full adoption and manage change.
• Manage the implementation like a project — timeline, stakeholders, go-live date.
• Troubleshoot live, reproduce issues, differentiate config problems from product bugs, write repro steps.
• Determine what you fix vs escalate, and package escalations for engineering.
• Create runbooks and SOPs to enable repeatable deployments for future dealers.
• Be the feedback loop: report field learnings back to product clearly and reliably.
