Ultium Cells LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer – Customer Service (CS) in Warren, OH. The CSQE will be the main contact for customers, address technical product issues, and drive problem-solving with internal teams to maintain high cell quality.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and ability to travel to client sites as needed. A bachelor's degree in engineering or statistics and experience in manufacturing quality are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 3 years’ experience in customer-facing engineering or quality role in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Power BI and data analysis tools experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and supply engineering support for customer requests daily.
• Manage improvement/corrective action response for customer issues with internal teams.
• Escalate customer issues with internal leadership as needed.
• Lead calls between customer engineering teams and internal engineering teams.
• Track product failures at customer site and report internally as needed.
• Oversee customer-facing portion of line validation (PPAP/APQP/MRR).
• Coordinate customer visits related to engineering needs (audits, MRR, documentation review).
• Support process and design change progress for customer development teams.
• Be willing to travel to customer sites to support customer quality needs.
• Assist with customer complaint and RMA processes with internal teams.
• Use practical problem-solving methodologies to troubleshoot at customer line side.
