Qualifications

• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of project cost estimation and profitability analysis.
• Ability to plan difficult schedules and manage scope creep.
• Sound decision making and problem-solving to address risks.
• Understanding of business processes, order proceeding, and project-finance basics.
• Comfort handling routine customer scenarios and escalation when needed.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Projects.
• Ability to learn new technology and markets quickly.

Responsibilities

• Actively plan, organize, and align internal and external resources to win and execute against the project schedule.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones with timely project communications.
• Define scope, communicate changes to stakeholders, and ensure customer acceptance with providers.
• Manage all project documentation through the lifecycle and support service or customer setup.
