• BA degree in a technical discipline (preferred) or relevant equivalent professional experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years' experience as a project manager in high-tech service industries.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies; willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Travel availability 20–50%.
• English language proficiency required; certifications (PMP, CSCP) preferred.

• Plan, organize, and align resources to win and execute against the project schedule.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
• Develop schedules and track progress against milestones with timely communications.
