Job summary

Qualifications

BA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3+ years as a project manager in high-tech services.
Ability to travel 20-50% depending on region and project needs.
English proficiency required; PMP/CSCP preferred.
Experience managing pre-sales and customer-facing projects.

Responsibilities

Actively plan and align internal and external resources to meet the project schedule.
Maintain relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
Develop schedules and track progress; communicate status to stakeholders.
Define scope and manage changes to achieve customer acceptance.
Manage project documentation through lifecycle and hand off to teams.
