Responsibilities

• Support offer development and pre-contract planning to identify delivery approach and risks.
• Develop and execute project plans, objectives, and timelines for successful delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and action registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams, aligning resources and activities to program deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; develop contingency plans as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of program goals; conduct reviews and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, technical teams, finance and supply chain to align deliverables.
