Job summary

Sun Harvest Citrus in Fort Myers, FL seeks a friendly Postal Counter team member to greet guests, assist with shipping, and support retail operations in a busy store environment.

You will learn our products, explain postal options, and record sales at the POS while maintaining excellent service and a cheerful Florida Spirit. This in-person role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a willingness to work some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service and sales experience preferred (2 years ideal).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain postal services and packing guidelines to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide Sun Harvest Citrus experience at the Postal Counter.
• Learn products and services and share them with guests.
• Learn postal rules and regulations and explain them clearly to guests.
• Record sales accurately in the POS system.
• Advise guests on packing for shipping using established procedures and products.
• Receive and process packages, including lifting and weighing them and using our shipment software to generate labels.
• Assist in the retail area as needed.
