Job summary

Sun Harvest Citrus in Fort Myers, FL is hiring for a Postal Counter Associate. This in-person role involves greeting guests, processing packages, and assisting with retail duties during busy seasons. You will work Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some Saturdays required.

Pay is $15.50 per hour for full-time, year-round employment. We value a friendly attitude, prior retail or customer service experience, basic POS and computer skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is preferred (2 years ideal).
• Point of Sale and basic computer experience is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a seasonally busy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide the Sun Harvest Citrus experience at the Postal Counter.
• Learn products and services and share them with guests.
• Explain postal rules and regulations clearly to guests.
• Record sales in the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Advise guests on packing for shipping using established procedures.
• Receive and process packages and generate labels using shipment software.
• Assist in the retail area as needed.
