Any Lab Test Now is seeking a Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join a customer-facing team in Alpharetta. You will perform phlebotomy, injections, andclinical services while guiding clients through test options and wellness services.

You will greet customers, collect specimens, and ensure accurate results and timely communication. The role emphasizes hospitality, service orientation, and ownership of daily operations to create a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to perform venipuncture confidently with diverse patient groups.
• Strong customer-service focus and interpersonal communication.
• Comfort with consultative sales and explaining services.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture with excellent bedside manner.
• Administer injections and other authorized clinical services.
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
• Learn and explain the full menu of testing and wellness services.
• Ask questions to identify needs and make service recommendations.
• Process specimens, enter orders, and maintain patient documentation.
• Keep the location clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations.
• Open/close the facility and support day-to-day operations as needed.
• Provide consultative sales while maintaining a low-pressure approach.
