Qualifications

• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience.
• Strong venipuncture skills and patient confidence.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture confidently with good bedside manner.
• Administer injections and provide clinical services.
• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Explain testing options and make service recommendations.
• Handle orders, documentation, and specimen processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and open/close the location.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and support daily operations.
• Work independently and coordinate with other locations as needed.
