You’ll prototype quickly and ensure reliable live deployment while engaging directly with customers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of production software experience, a relevant technical degree, and the ability to work independently through ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production software experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Math/Physics or equivalent.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; production-quality code.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguous problems.
• Clear communication with technical and nontechnical users.
• Own the code you ship without reliance on AI tools.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand complex workflows, constraints, and gaps.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and ship full-stack prototypes from concept through deployment.
• Own technical projects end-to-end, ensuring reliable live operation.
• Rapidly evaluate ideas to decide durable products vs. prototypes.
• Bring customer feedback and learnings back to shape product direction.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers while coding hands-on.
