Weave is seeking a hands-on, forward deployed engineer to help customers maximize value from our platform. You will own post-sale relationships, assist with onboarding, and triage technical issues across GCP and our systems.

You will work closely with founders and engineers, influence product direction, and help customers navigate challenges with clear, proactive communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering background and strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and write code; confident making simple PRs in GitHub.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the customer relationship post-sale, from onboarding to support.
• Partner with founders, engineers, and product to influence roadmap and strategy.
• Act as first responder to tickets, triaging and resolving issues efficiently.
